Tracey has also held a number of senior roles and run several Director-led projects which provides her with a unique insight through her ability to view things from multiple perspectives. Tracey says "You can only fully appreciate an apposing view when you've felt their pain"

Biography

The core of Tracey’s background is in the delivery of lasting change through a strong understanding of intrinsic motivators. This crucial skill enabled her to hold a diverse range of senior roles across e-Commerce, Marketing, Technology and Customer Service, along with Director-level projects, using new thinking and a different approach.

Tracey believes that an approach centred around individual motivations creates something which has real longevity; preventing the 'reset to factory settings' effect that so often happens with conventional approaches".

Starting her career deep-rooted in customer service, where Tracey managed a team of 50, the need to 'get into the customer’s head' became central to her approach and has been a key driver ever since.

With a passion for finding different ways to connect with people, Tracey went on to work in Marketing and e-Commerce, heading up online content teams and managing a large Facebook group. She was then asked to devise and deliver a Social Media strategy by the executive team of Thomas Cook. Tracey says of writing the strategy, "I started with 'Why people get Social online' and the rest was easy"

Underpinning her creative and engagement skills with firm process disciplines, Tracey has also led large-scale technical implementations and process change projects – these are not roles that are normally associated with someone whose core skill lies in creativity. Tracey’s success in these projects underpins her belief that achievement lies in a deep level of understanding between all parties – stakeholders, customers and each member of the delivery team.

With a constant eye on what really connects with people, whether it's one-to-one coaching, a team personality profiling session or a theatre full of people, Tracey has the natural ability to draw attention, light a spark and make people think.
