Beliefs
Lina believes that all people have an ability within to do amazing things if they really want to do it, but for many it is behaviors and motivators that are unknown to the self that hold us back. Once someone can understand what these blocks are – they really can achieve anything.
Interests
Lina’s home based business allows her to effectively balance her time between her young daughter and son, and respected clients. She loves spending time with her kids and she has a tireless thirst for knowledge – making her an avid reader and never-ending student. Her greatest satisfaction comes from helping her clients achieve the results they want to get in their work lives and businesses. Being a Coach is the best profession in the World – seeing that light come on in someone’s face when they discover something new about themselves, or a better way of doing things is priceless.

Biography
Being half Australian and half Maldivian, Lina’s career initially started in Hospitality – and this is where her passion for meeting and dealing with different types of people really developed. After 10yrs in hospitality in Sydney Australia, the travel bug worked its way into Lina’s life and she began her career in Tourism.
The tourism industry landed Lina in Maldives, but a strange twist of fate she ended up working in the Telecom industry, where she spent 7yrs working in the Senior Management Team of Dhiraagu – the National telecom provider. During her tenure here she managed the Retail & Distribution section of the company, responsible for 30 staff and the entire distribution network. It soon became evident that Lina’s passion laid in the training and development of her staff.
It was this interest in developing people that she started her Diploma in Life Coaching, specializing in Business and Executive coaching. Once this was completed, she left the comforts of working for a large organization and started her own company, Success Consulting Pvt. Ltd in August 2008.
Her thirst for knowledge turned her interests into NLP, hence obtaining her NLP Practitioner Certificate, and most recently her Master Coach Certification, specialized in Behavioral Coaching.
She closed her successful business down in December 2011, to move to her new home near Brisbane, Queensland Australia, where she now lives very happily with her kids.
Lina is living a life of purpose and is deeply satisfied with her role as a Coach. The icing on the cake is the addition of the Creativity and Innovation part, which when combined with all of Lina’s other areas really provides clients with a total solution that covers ALL the bases.
